That’s why our webmaster service model is based on continuous improvement and is scalable in support blocks of 2, 4 and 8 hours per month. Our award winning customer support team is standing by when you need to report a bug on your site, get a password, send HD copies of your logo to a printer, add a new piece of content to your site, upgrade the backend for staff or even add a whole new feature, such as live chat. Other noteworthy features of the service include no lock in contracts and access to support & consultation from our Usability Support, Content Support, Design Support or Development Support teams.

What kind of things do you do for support clients?

  • Adding/editing content you have provided, such as a new blog post, service, testimonial, FAQ or case study
  • Basic graphic editing such as resizing or retouching
  • Installing/configuring/updating plugins for new basic functionality
  • Fixing bugs/issues such as cross browser/device functionality
  • Setting up, monitoring and reporting on heat mapping & analytics
  • Ensuring site security and recovering from backups
  • Providing training for staff to update your website
  • Providing consultation to decision makers on web strategy or user behaviour

What don’t you cover under support?

We can offer the below items separately, but on support we currently do not carry out:

  • Copywriting
  • Photography
  • Implementation of new complex functionality
  • Printed marketing items such as business cards, flyers or pull up banners

Do my unused support hours carry over to the next month?

When you pay monthly, your hours need to be used each month as they do not carry over. Not to worry though, we are always suggesting ways you can use your hours and improve your website. Alternatively, when you pay for a year upfront with any package, we’ll give you 1 month free and let you use your hours over the entire year!.

What if I have multiple websites or domain names?

Great! We encourage business owners to have multiple domains and/or websites in the marketplace. We simply add your other websites to your existing support account so you can use your support hours across all your websites as the need arises. We charge only +$50/month per additional website.
